BOY i have to say,It's the jailers that need everyone's COMPASSION!!!They listen to people troubles day in and out. They see and feel the anger hatred, hopelessness and sorrow the inmates are feeling.I take a hard stance on criminals, but i wouldn't want to be exposed to this day in and out.Thank you cops for doing the work many others are not strong enough to do.WE need you.
No wonder people sometimes don’t turn themselves in. They could end up spending months in jail waiting for an extradition on a warrant they didn’t even know existed. I feel bad when people are trying to do better and get screwed. On the other hand this is a good reason to surround yourself with the right people and don’t get mixed up in these things to begin with.
10:34 - Interesting watching the COs analysing an incident like a professional football play. Shows that they have to have a skill set that goes beyond handcuffing suspects and keeping order. Basically they have to - Do detective work (the aforementioned analysing) - Be a psychologist/psychiatrist - Be a master of the battlefield (watching for and anticipating what the opponent is about to do) - Be a mental ward orderly - Be a crisis negotiator - Have the abilities of a wrestler I'm sure I listed only a few things they have to do as part of their job.
Reading the comments, I see many compassionate thoughts, and expressions of not being able to do these jobs. First, this is a sociologist's gold mine. Secondly, these LEOs hear these stories 24/7/365 and recognize they're being lied to. These criminals, they're not victims, they choose this path and are actually trying to be an infant, so someone will support their present state of dependency, for a lifetime. If you choose to change, you will change. Getting help? There is no help to change your behavior except yourself. No one can do it for you.
Also it’s so crazy to see how different each correction officer in different jails act. Like some are super lieniant and others are very strick for safety like that lady telling the woman about holding the CPS person I don’t think that would’ve gone the same with so many other officers and jails I was shocked
I can't imagine being in custody then making demands of the officers. I also really liked how he was sure he was tough enough, but that he wasn't going to fight them all. The lack of control sitting in that chair must be pretty overwhelming.
I was on prescribed opioids for 5 years after brain infection, when i realized my body was dependent! I stopped cold turkey at home at 67 years old, Almost killed me, but i did it , sooo sick and pain, no methadone nothing, LIKE THE OFFICER SAID YOU HAVE TO WANT TO. NO OTHER WAY BUT COLD TURKEY
Totally! I have an open script for opioids for my ankylosing spondilitis and I do not take them, I leave the script at the pharmacy and it expires, I get a new one and that expires, they are for emergency pain management, people need to take ownership of their health and wellbeing.
Everyone is smoking them, I am moving to a motel, because I found out my landlord smokes blues,, homeless all around me smoking fentanyl too, can't trust him now, many more problems and i have only been herr 2 months, i would rather live in a cheap motel, than rent from a blue smoker, ❤️ I never smoked them, I stand with narcan in my hand and look at them all from my window and I will not use it on anyone, THEIR Choice ,
I was in and out of mental hospitals and attempted on my life by overdosing many times from ages 13-17 I also struggled very severely with self harm and behavioral issues I told myself for years that it would never get better and there was no point In living December 2021 I was nearing 18 years old and realized I needed to get my life together got a service dog and started intensive therapy at home and that was the best thing I ever did for myself but no amount of support from people was enough it’s 100% you that has to make it happen
Lmao.. none of these people won’t to change their lives, just only when they come to jail and the sad thing is, kids always get the bad end of things 🤷🏻♂️

I've been in and out of jail for many years. I went to jail October 6th 2021 and did 8 months solitary confinement because I got three counts of battery on law enforcement and currently on probation but been sober since than and delivered from God 🙏 and no longer want drugs and alcohol. I don't even smoke cigarettes anymore. Jail sometimes could be a blessing undercover. I pray for all these ppl that they find peace

But also how they said he was fighting but he was just moving his body and how they gonna keep him in a cell wile he said he was gonna kill him self like wtf
Yes, indeed it is a show. People should actually believe the police officers are nice and polite people. In reality, almost 1,700 people in America were shot by police in 2023. And because in America you can get arrested for literally anything, there's a big risk of getting shot if you make the wrong answer or move. In Germany, only 11 people were shot by the police in 2023. America has 4 times as many people as Germany, so there shouldn't have been more than 44 cases of people being shot. But people here don't get arrested for every little thing. No one is arrested for shoplifting. He may have to go to prison, but that's up to the judge to decide. So this is really just a show. The reality is also very different in America.
It is amazing to me that grown men can have so little self control that they are actually willing to fight someone they don't even know over the fact that he was swinging a rag. It wasn't intentional, and he didn't even swing it near the guy that started the altercation. It is almost unbelievable, but I guess that is why they are locked up.
Should have let her have her makeup back. It was very creative and it was on her time not hurting anyone. She wasn't supposed to work that day. For some reason that got to me. She was trying to feel normal and pretty for awhile. Vicki

Of course it's a matter of opinion, but as a former Murikan, I would say no. I was born and raised in the US, served in the military for 21 years and worked in the legal field for 20 years. The disintegration of society began in the 80s and accelerated from there. By the time 9/11 came around, it was on the edge, and the collapse came after the Great Recession. Politics, civility, industrial greed, educational breakdown, all of it, were the leading indicators that Murika was in the toilet. By 2015, I'd had enough, and with the scare of Trump being elected, I chose to relocate overseas. I lived in China for 5 years before moving to my current location in Southeast Asia. I've been in my new "home" for 4 years now, and next year I qualify to apply for permanent residence, which I will do. The mere fact that 70 million poorly educated traitors support Trump is enough indicator for me to stay the hell away.
What do you think the percentage is of people who “shouldn’t be in jail” is… 5%?? You’re there for a reason. The people you associate with, the drugs in your pocket, the no license or insurance…. Think about it. Plus it’s not like you spend any actual time in jail. The justice system puts idiots back on the street like they get commission on it. Don’t do illegal things and you won’t go to jail. Duh.
I enjoy watching these videos but it would be better if they did like an update before going to the next clip. Like they pause and say this person was charged or this one wasn't. Stuff like that

From middle school to our 40s, she's always had so much energy and won't shut up. Always jumping around all over the place, says she's "drunk on life" (probably a pill popper).
If the guy was a known escape risk, then why was the officer not guarding him more closely? How was he able to get away? He made that officer look like a goof.
Jail/prison. Where people wind up for basically no self control and refusing to follow simple laws. Just to get locked up amongst their own kind, make rules(laws) that everyone must follow, and "disrespect" or breaking a jail rule results in prompt and justified retaliation by the other undesirables. 🤔 Ok🤷
