Went to South High and owned a house at 234th and Pennsylvania for year. Moved to Asia 7 years ago and look forward to moving back. Lowest rent I can find is $1700 a month. Oh well that's the way it is in 2024. Still my favorite cit in CA.

Last time I visited old Torrance was in 93'. Before moving to Nevada in 97'. There used to be nothing but closed shops or thift stores. Everyone used to head to the mall instead. It looks much more gentrified now. I'll be visiting my dad soon. I'll give it a try again.
