The NFL needs to do this more often. Showing not only the positional coaches but the assistants and analysts that work behind the scenes collecting data. Not to mention the computer programs that allow them to see all sorts of plays.

Panthers fan here. I'll never ever forget Smitty's 2001 rookie season where he only played special teams returning kickoffs and punts. It was unbelievable what he did taking a couple to the house for 6. And ended the season with just over 1400 kick return yards. 2002 he made his debut as WR, and the rest was history after that! I still wear my Panthers Steve Smith jersey.

I know we're not gunning for a playoff run this year but I'm seeing more than I could've hoped for in player development, good coaching, and guys buying into the schemes than I could've hoped for thusfar.
