I wish these guys did as much coverage as back in the day... Central coast disc golf is what got me watching this sport on youtube. These guys getting cut out of pdga broadcasting was the absolute saddest for me. Love this channel.
There are two types of palmettos. There's the Sabal Minor, or dwarf palmetto, which are the shorter ones that don't have trunks usually. They start in Monkey Island NC (northeast NC) and extend all the way to FL and TX. You really start seeing them a lot when you get to New Bern NC and southward. Then there's the Sabal, or Carolina Palmetto, which is the one you're used to seeing @ most southeast coastal areas, sometimes planted. Those are the ones with the trunk. Those start in Bald Head Island NC and extend southward to FL.
The locales that I listed are all native range. East coast palms don't like to grow outside of their native range, unlike West coast palms where you can grow them as far north as Oregon. If you try to grow a Sabal Palmetto in MD or northern VA, it will die.
I think it was Mo who said this a couple of years ago, I tend to buy more plastic during the winter because I get sad and depressed. 😂😂😂 So relatable, all the best guys. And thank you so much for the coverage. ❤
I really like these two guys doing commentary, you can feel their love for the sport. Kudos from Switzerland! ❤🥏⛳️
Yeah, they’ve worked together for a long time. Great chemistry

I believe that is a sabal palmetto. Coming from Florida I'm more familiar with the smaller version, the saw palmetto. But I'm a west coaster now too

What off season? Love you guys!
It's funny, you just never run out of surprises with this game, the least "distance-y" guy grabs the only birdie on the road hole...
I'm really glad Corey mentioned the 2.79 gas. I was looking at the same thing thinking WTF??!! Ugh.
2.79 fo gas AND great disc golf - who knew!
Haha 2.79 for gas isn’t even that crazy. In Mobile, we’re looking at like 2.55 right now
Brings me back to high school with those prices!
What is Freeman doing with that outfit? He looks like a create a character in an RPG.
