Bruh, I came here a few months after listening to everywhere at the end of time and now I think any 1920-1930’s music creeps me out
yeah eateot just permanently ruined 1920s music for me
you must have so many comments "Everywhere at the end of time!!!!!!" but after listening I've gained an appreciation and love for waltz and ballroom music!!!!!!
Glad to hear it YuBi! Thank you for watching the channel.
This music makes me nostalgic for an era I didn't exist in. I love it so much
Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for watching the channel.

Writing a story set in 1920s. This captures the mood perfectly. Merci beaucoup.
Glad I could help with the atmosphere! Tell us more about the book when it is done. Thank you for watching the channel!
Sunday....early fall... no TV....wife is making a cake...I'm wearing a pair of dark denim low back bib overalls, a detachable collar shirt in off-white linen (no collar, hey, I'm at home), a brown knitted sweater vest and a thin olive drab knitted cardigan. When I go outside to smoke one I put on a classic Indy style fedora. And in the background plays this.
Life's good fellas, life's good.
Glad to hear you are enjoying the music Dean.
@@pax41 more than that, more than that!
Beautiful imagery, as it's early fall now in the south. Still 80 degrees but... Love a detachable collar shirt in off-white linen. Life is good.
Oh..this takes me back to when I was a boy listening to this kind of music on my grandparent's wind up Victrola.
I still have a wind up victrola Carl. Glad you liked this and thank you for watching!
Yes I remember also times were better then today.
This sounds like it would be in everywhere at the end of time
well eateot is based around this 1920's ballroom/tea party kind of style
@@bbasedcentral Jojo and The Caretaker in one reply section . My two favorite things
Put it at 0.5 speed!
My sister and I are waltzing to this. We're both girls. Its 10:32 at night. We haven't slept in a while
Glad you and your sister are enjoying the music.
@@pax41 thank youuuuuuuu
i'll play this on my cottage someday
They knew exactly how to make the best out of the 1 2 3 rhythm.
Found this one quite accidentally. Enjoying it enormously. Lover come back to me is a classic. Paul Whiteman is one of my favourites. Thanks
Paul Whiteman is always one of my favorites! Glad you like him as well Natalia
Glad to know it. But I suppose that you know and like all of them thats why you are so good at setting together great posts.
god im obsessed with this type of music, wish it was used more often ngl
I hate to be that person but I’m not gonna lie eatot lowkey got me into old ballroom music dude lol
Omfg me too
Why do I miss a love I've never had?
There were many great things about this time period but it had its downsides too. In many ways I wish we didn't have the invasive technology that exists today.
Honestly I had liked some ballroom music before I listened to everywhere at the end of time, but after listening to it I've become even more attracted to this style of music it's so calm
It's just a burning memory
I wish I had lived at that time, this is a masterpiece!
This post was activitated. And I'm listening to it with great pleasure. Wonderful tunes. And I would like to repeat my comment to it word by word. Thank you.
Glad you are enjoying it again Natalia. I listened to it earlier and I saw your comment so I put a heart on it because I liked it.
All just absolutely gorgeous!
I think that there are many great waltzes that were recorded. I think people avoid these because they think they are boring. However, I find some of them to have some really great arrangements. Glad you liked them too
pax41 That used to be my perspective on waltzes, but you just can't beat the lovely melodies of the 20's! I used to not like Ted Lewis, either, and passed up many of his records for which I often kick myself!
VictrolaJazz I am not very fond of Ted Lewis either. If you can keep him from talking and singing it wouldn't be too bad. He gets on my nerves.
pax41 That's what used to put me off so much--like I would say he could neither sing nor play the clarinet and he did at least one and sometimes both on every recording!
VictrolaJazz His clarinet playing wasn't too bad but the singing was awful.
Thanks Pax41, your the best for posting them
My pleasure and thanks as always for watching. Got one to go up today, stay tuned. Did you subscribe to my KPAX41 channel? I am posting vids there that I don't have on this channel.
Jazz from before the war I feel like was much more mellow and slow
well these are actually pretty much right after the great war / ww1
Well there were all sorts of jazz. West Coast Jazz for example were a bit more on the calmer side of jazz. And then there were Big Bands, Hard Bops, Bebops that were usually more exciting
Fox-trotting on the Aquitania -mid Atlantic-that's me to the left.
ditto on that spiffy. really nice selections. thanks for all the work you do to post them.
Always my pleasure to share them Ron and thanks for the compliment.
Gives me Alice in wonderland vibes, it's so beautiful! ♥️
Glad you enjoyed it.
These are just Beautiful!!!
You have been digging around Bob and when we going to meet up? I want to see those cars and record some of your records.
love it, thanks! great to fall asleep to.
I agree, I do the same all the time. Thank you for watching the channel.
Are these public domain?
That's forbidden knowledge.
6:05 EATEOT Stage 0.1
You occasionally forget stuff, but you barely even notice that you did it any more.
What music genre is this???
In it's day it was called Dance Band Music.
its like jazz
Why u have no subscribers? Ive given u sub a few months ago.
The number of subscribers doesn't show on my channel because I have that feature turned off. I appreciate you subscribing to my channel. I also have another channel on RUclips called KPAX41 too. I have videos posted there that don't show up here on this channel. You may want to have a look there as well.
All are very spiffy -- especially the Whiteman, as usual.
Check my KPAX41 channel for my new 1930's post. Glad you enjoyed these.
