karyn How could I do something wrong? Makes no sense. I made 50 basic crepes and they tasted nice. I whipped cream and combined it with Nutella, again it was fucking delicious. I stacked the crepes with the nutella cream and covered it with ganache. It was disgusting, the crepes got soggy from the cream and that made the cake sweat.
karyn It's 10 times the effort for a shitty cake when you can make a normal cake just fine. These crepe cakes are literally crepes stacked with whipped cream. Might as well use the crepes the right way and roll them with fruits and whipped cream.

Friends ....the egg whites in the macaroons are replaced with chickpea water (also known as aquafaba) to make it eggless but the flour used by buzzfeed in this recipe is just almond flour as in original macaroons.....so i think he will be able to test it.

Some tips to not fail your crepes : - use a light flat pan. More it is light, easier it is to manipulate. - use a long spatula - the pan should be hot and greased - when the crepe is done flip your pan over the spatula, the crepe should fall on the spatula then put the pan back on your hot plate and the crepe inside your pan. You've done it
Just a heads up, you should have use a plate to cover the cake to get a clean dome to be able to cover the chocolate all around the cake, that what I saw in the 2 buzzfeed videos but overall it looks amazing and I love your videos.
