The one that really shocked me the most was Matthew Perry. I binge watch a ton of FRIENDS episodes when I’m on vacation. He was only 54, he left this world much too soon. May they all rest in eternal peace.
I was shocked when i leaned about the death of Matthew Perry! He was only 10 years older than me. Makes you think about your own mortality when that happens. RIP Matthew!
I know same. For me it was Harry Belefonte and Matthew. Harry died on my birthday and it was so heartbreaking to see the news because I loved his music

They were all visitors to my living room through my TV since my childhood. I will miss them all. They were Simply the Best!
One of the most upsetting things about getting older are the people you will lose. The last few years, so many people that brought me some kind of comfort from family to celebrities are gone. To have almost no family left and the artists that made feel less alone are gone. Shyt is sad.

Lisa Marie was so beautiful and talented in her own right. She was the daughter of one King of music, and the wife and lover of another King, Michael Jackson. In reviewing her life, the happiest she appeared to be (and said she was) was when she was the wife and long term love of MJ. She really smiled and glowed with him. (and MJ was happy and always all smiles with Lisa). I'm glad they both had that special love with each other. They both needed it so much. Too sad they both died so young, but I bet they are together again now.

Judging by the comments, you missed quite a few. But, the ones that stand out as glaring omissions for me are Julian Sands and Tom Smothers!
Looking at all these smiling pictures, you can truly see just how beautiful every human soul is…. It’s incredible.
Not sure how you could miss a lot more notable people on this list such as Gina Lollobrigida who passed in January, Gordon Lightfoot, Maurice Hines to just name a few. Maybe you go by different guidelines as some on this list who passed did not even hear about until now.
Must be whom they want to cover personally or what genre. I usually love the one done by TMC but it's only movie actors.
Yes TCM definitely does the best one and usually includes most actors that did even one movie but even they forget a few. It just seems like noone ever really does complete research when an actor passes away. Seems ridiculous as so easy to research on the internet each day if someone has passed in the entertainment field.

The biggest oversight was Daniel Ellsberg, June 16th 2023. The American hero of his generation. His brave actions exposed war crimes and played a massive role in ending the Vietnam War, saving an untold number of lives. The retaliation against him played a direct role in the downfall of Nixon. For those that want to learn more about his life and actions I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the film, The Most Dangerous Man in America: Daniel Ellsberg and the Pentagon Papers.

How can TIME magazine of all publications forget to include an In Memoriam tribute to the great DAME EDNA (Barry Humphries) who died in April, AND they even forgot one of the GREATEST American actresses of all time, the formidable and amazing, PIPER LAURIE !!! That is inexcusable and almost extreme !!! Why? 😡TIME should re-do this list and re-upload this video, with these greats included 🤯
Other than that, I still can't believe and grasp that TINA TURNER is gone 😥😓 Makes me cry every time. She was supposed to live forever.......the world is not the same without Tina's light..... 💔💔

I agree, it hurts so much. When she died I went back and rewatched some of the Lisa Marie Presley / Michael Jackson fan videos, often to their music. It was such a happy time in her life, she loved MJ so much. It is when they both smiled the most. They were so in love and it was beautiful to see. RIP gorgeous, talented lady, who loved MJ so deeply.
