Harley Caliper and Rear Master Cylinder Rebuild for 2000 to 2007 Twin Cam FL

This is the Rear Caliper off my 2003 Road King. The front and rear calipers are the same so I don't show the front caliper rebuild. The caliper rebuild kit was $12 each. I also rebuild the rear master cylinder. The replacement part is sold as a complete assembly for $65. They don't sell the rubber parts like they do for the calipers. I got all my parts from Drag Specialties.

Great content as always. Disassembly of the master-cylinder actuator required me to drift out the roll pin (or hollow dowel) with something approximately 2mm diameter, to enable it to be unscrewed which then released the spring shrouded by the rubber boot. I was intending to change the actuator end to an internally threaded type as seen on some Sportsters so it had to come off regardless.
