The skills I really wanted is to be half as smart as you. lol
I would not learn conventional coding, there are too many out there and FAANG layoffs seen every week. But the other things are good to learn. You have to think of the demand for a certain skill and the competition. Even if there are many persons that can make websites the demand is so high and if you know how to make a website where you can pay easily with a credit card, you can get alot of projects. Make a portfolio to show prospective customers your artistic skills. By the way, what made you leave the carriere as a MD? Here in Sweden it is very well paid in relation to cost of living and the work has really high status.
