As someone who has worked in management roles, I can affirm your #3 point especially of being able to make order from chaos. It's a skill that takes works, and patience, but it pays off.

This has helped me consider my own rebranding. Im currently a year into my MBA and recently Ive started to realise that this alone wont take me to the next level at work, but rebranding in parallel is something to think about.
Building a personal brand is one of the most difficult things to do today especially with social media and all the distractions we get. There's something new and shiny everyday.

The marketing and sales point really resonated with me, i'm confident with the ideas that I come up with and they are usually received well, but the delivery and initial pitch can often be very hit and miss, definitely one to work on.
I really love how this video is about how to achieve high income skills, rather than number of skills themselves. Great one!

I am trying to rebrand myself. Currently, I believe individuals see me as quiet, dry humor, and relaxed. While some may argue that those are good traits to have, I would like to focus on being more passionate, persistent, and performance-driven. I am not sure how long it will take to shift one's idea about me, but I am willing to do whatever is necessary to win.
Nice video I'd add one more to this list, being able to capture and interpret data. Data skills like SQL and Excel can take any professional role to the next level.
#1 is the real reason I got a retention offer when I was last looking around for jobs. Management sees me as hard working, curious, insightful, and a peacemaker. They bent over backwards to keep me at the company.

@@user-yy5kx9mp5o the main view is a Kanban Board so you could search that, it's a handy way to manage projects. One thing I'd say about Notion is it takes a while to configure for your tastes, if you try and and add a template with too much it can be overwhelming.

I signed up for a 90 day digital marketing course a month ago and am learning so much. I am realising how integral it is to learn these skills especially with the ascension of online personal brands. Very grateful to have made this decision as I know I will never be out of work.
