I worked on this today. I'm still terrible, but I'm remembering why this was my best dive 30 years ago lol. But much more importantly, I got to help the kids at my pool learn to drive better!! They apparently don't have a team or coach there anymore?? Some of them asked me how I was doing flips, and I showed them how to work on their form to work up to it, starting with just leaning into a dive. No flips for them today lol. So much fun!!
