Hii, i am thinking of buying this phone so i can have plan my job and contact friends. Is it possible to download an app of the play store? like an app for my job? or the app for my bank account? is it possible to download music to listen offline?

No it doesn’t have the play store and you cannot download any apps. It has an opera mini browser for very basic use

This is supposed to be a "dumbphone" that is only really used for calls and mp3 playing. The app selection is deliberately very limited.
