I read his book a while ago and loved it. Although I am not into musical theatre I really enjoyed the 90s references.

I don’t think I can point to just one book and say it was a pivotal/transformational point for me. As a bookworm growing up, I know the things I read shaped and molded me and opened my mind to the world. There are books that stood out though, like Bridge to Terabithia, Lord of the Flies, A Child called It, Angela’s Ashes, and the Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul series. I feel like Tyler’s book is going to be one that will stick with me. The way he “speaks” makes me feel like I’ve known this man my whole life and now he’s one of my personal friends. I’m not even finished yet and it’s one of my favorite autobiographies (if not my absolute favorite) ❤️

Yeah there were so many good books I read growing up but for me as an adult, Memnoch the Devil by Anne Rice gave me some of the most in-depth thoughts and things to consider. I should re read it though bc now I can’t remember all the why’s. LOL
