Being strong again & getting back up | Vlog Week 1

Welcome, friends! After my absence, I come back with a new series - you could call it a glow up? or a 'trying to transform myself' kind of thing? But honestly, I'm looking at a long term journey here. I want to become stronger and more disciplined not to attain some specific goals and be done but to live a happier life. The goal for Week 1 is getting out of the procrastination cycle and starting to study again. I'm also changing my degree, leaving home to go back to the university and more... Hi.
Charlotte is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and she's about 6 years old. I miss her a lot now that I'm away :(
And power napping is fantastic but thankfully recently I've been sleeping more so I don't feel that tired throughout the day. Still cool as a break though
