On 2023 model you can get discount of 2 lakh try to stick with that amount. My friend in march'24 bought at 2.2 lakh discount for '23 model. In elevate also they have discounts going atleast 50k. Honda city interior will not fascinate with other top models but at 14 lakhs price for other car's base models are not good. In base or mid models Honda City's interior is decently featured compared to same priced other car.
Before booking you can keep condition ke i have budget till only this amount so if you are not giving 2 lakh discount im not considering this car. We can exit this option. He will give his best discount after 2 days

I bought 29 lakh XUV700 last year, mahindra was charging me 1.5 lakh for insurance and from my personal agent i got same insurance at price of 57k only. Company charges for insurance almost 2.5 times. So you can negotiate that way. I can also provide details of my agent if you wish. He works for all india and insurance policy directly issued from respective bank only. No need to pay agent anything. If you dont want wish insurance from out side you can negotiate for zero dep insurance amount around 35k or less. And top most if dealer agrees you need to request for engine oil change on same day of delivery. Or you need to pay for new engine oil. Even if car has not run. But once engine oil is opened and poured in engine, its viscosity starts getting deteriorate. For minerel life cycle is 6 months for synthetic oil its 12 months. For all cars this rule applies. So in 1st day onwards you engine will stop degradation and honda is known for most reliable engine. Im still having 2 honda city 13 & 10 years with no issue in engine. So you can request this way im ready to take 2023 model you need to provide me fresh engine oil change. No engine oil top up or addon. Compelete replace engine oil with oil filter. For rest you dont need to worry. For PDI you can book local agent.

Try to consider V/VX Automatic in Honda City. Whichever automatic fits in your budget or they can give discounts.
