Others of this land have become so twisted they make futile attempts to create his burger gain power from it as he has, Ed feigns weakness in order to entertain himself as his prey practically feeds itself to him. Honestly I am loving the idea of Kell being some sort of inter-dimensional trickster god and the end credits are the reveal of a montage of historical evidence of Kell appearing in the corner of every major historical event in the development of human history: invention of fire, the first agricultural practices, bronze age collapse, founding of Buddhism, divine mandate of the Chinese emperors, building of the pyramids, etc.
Ed the Unknowable. Slumbering in his tomb within R'yleh. The whole movie is within his Dream Realm. When he awakes the whole Good Burger world will blink out of existence.
If it would have continued past that final line, the entire thing would have been repeated, he said "I'll see you there." because this was hell, and he is the devil. Kennan's character died in that car crash, and now will be tormented for all of time.

These guys should pitch to Paramount and DC a John Constantine and Good Burger crossover where the John shows up to investigate a primordial artifact that ends up being the Yo-yo Ed bought for Dexter. They can pitch it as being in the same light as the old Punisher meets Archie crossover.

You can tell it is a groundhog day esque cyclic universe, the movie begins at the same time it ends, every time he gets to the end of the arc he says those words and the camera pans and the cycle just begins again and he does the entire sequence all over, it is his limbo.

I remember that watching this in school. Everyone loved it and I just remember thinking it was weird. Looking back, I don’t remember half the stuff in this movie, but it’s somehow even weirder than I thought it was.

Ed is as old as time. It is believed he served alongside elder god Shaquille ol Neil in the creation of the universe. After working with the mondo burger Ed is banished to earth and works for the good burger to return home. He teams up with jokester Dexter to return Ed to his father, Shaquille.
