Couldn't understand how they got billed above Stryper. They haven't put an album out in 23 years and sold a small fraction of albums compared.

I think it's very easy to argue that Mercyful Fate & King Diamond influenced more bands and musicians than Stryper ever did. So that's why they were further up the billing. Plus I doubt you could argue Stryper were big anywhere outside of America.
