    Great bonbon, how do you make the salted caramel, my salt melts in the caramel within a day, the caramel is completely cooled down before i add the big salt chunks. Thnx

      Thank you Kris! You need to add the salt whilst the caramel is cooking, this way the heat dissolves the salt :)

      @@jackralph5457 thank you for you fast reaction, but thats exact what i want to prevent. Tasting the caramel and then bite the salt chunk gives a mega taste explosion.

      @@krisnvt1256 oh right I understand now. Maybe add salt flakes or chunks to the bottom of your mould, then add the caramel. The thicker the caramel is the better too
