  • Here are my Dark Chocolate Gin Bonbons!
    These were a blast to make as a bespoke order for a local restaurant I supply!
    The recipe was super simple too, all you’ll need is
    - Dark Chocolate, tempered
    - Gin
    - more dark chocolate for the ganache
    - invert sugar (optional!)
    Its literally 3-4 ingredients 😍
    Use a 3:1 ratio of chocolate and gin to make the ganache, and let it set for 2 Hours once piped into the shells!

    Really great and helpful video! What do you mean when you say add 10% inver sugar after you’ve blended the gin into the chocolate please? Thanks

      Is invert sugar glucose or sorbitol?

      You can mix powdered food color into melted cocoa butter

    For how long to they last if preserved in a proper way?.

      These last for at least 3+ months because of the alcohol
