There are some channels here in my country that whenever they relapse, they automatically stop posting... so I need to say, it is important to be together in this time, so please, keep sharing your journey

Your openness and honesty is refreshing and helpful!🙏💛👌 I am in a similar place working on my own discipline and attention span. Newly quitter of weed after 10+ years (just a little bit almost everyday..) and as productive and intelligent as I know myself to be, it has still held me back with over thinking and second guessing myself, and kept me in the quick dopamine chasing cycle. Good on you for doing the things, 27 is still veryy young, keep it going 🙌🔥✨ (I am 30 lol, never too late to start!)

Thank you so much for the comment. Yea I still haven't made a video yet on the things that are better. I just saw a lot of videos of people basically saying everything was better for them once they quit and that wasn't necessarily my experience. Don't get me wrong, things are better and moving forward but I still have a lot of old habits to fend off for sure. Thanks again, Stefany!

I can relate to what you are saying. I've quit cannabis multiple times, but I still smoke. It's definitely a waste of time and only makes you weaker when used in excess

Very relatable, I’m only 2 1/2 weeks in and I’m struggling with the things you mentioned , but I’m finding ways to power through and keeping my “why” at the forefront. Thank you for story, definitely the motivation needed to keep going 🙏🏽

Thank you so much for sharing! It gets much easier as you go. But finding ways to overcome old habits is still a struggle. But as you said, keeping the "why" at the forefront is the solution!

Looking to quit soon, primarily for mental health but i think it cant be overstated that inflaming your lungs every day is perhaps the worst health habit ever. Oxygen is our fuel

I got friends and family trying to quit for years . Vaping is helping. I quit years ago. ❤ due to a really bad cough and chest infection. I only ever relapsed for a RUclips video for ASMR. Plus had really bad anxiety over covid lockdowns. Smoked 2 cigarettes 🚬 only to cope and a glass 🥃 of whiskey.

Causation is not correlation. Weed is not the cause of all your problems. Like everything in life, balance is the key.
Good video though. Stop being so hard on yourself. Treat yourself with the kindness you would treat your neighbor.

No but quitting weed allows clarity to track those real problems so to speak down. Weed is mask

Actually, it sounds like you are doing good! Quitting cannabis is why you are having these feelings re “discipline.” I think our human nature is to be lazy. You are in your prime, its good that you quit because if not you’ll lose your motivation. I’m 59 y.o….smoked in my younger yrs, quit to raise a family then when my kids went to college I started up smoking again. Quit 10 weeks ago…..need to go back to work due to economy/cost of living….running on pure will power. But feel bad emotionally 😢
