I just noticed that your posture changes … sometimes the guitar rests on your left leg, sometimes your guitar is pointing north east sat upon your right leg …. Yet it doesn’t seem to matter since your timing and articulation is perfect on both. You really are one of the finest players on this medium and an inspiration to us all.

My flamenco teacher used to play this. I've always loved it. He played every Wednesday night at the little pub I used to hang out at in La Jolla when I was in the Navy, and for two years after I got out. Then I got married! Ha! Been with her nearly 50 years now!

I haver been listening to classical guitar for well over 60 years now, I have seen Segovia, Bream, Williams and others play, and this lady is right up there with the best. She and her guitar become one… very rare.

I agree! You can save the smile for the end :) It's cool to note the basis from El Nuevo Dia that I have practiced. This one is more diverse and complicated. Great playing Gohar! I wish you get a flamenco guitar at some point ^^
Actually, if you've ever watched a flamenco guitarist play, like Paco De Lucia, they are concentrating on the music, and their facial expression reflects that. I love the way she plays, and I love watching her. I watch her hands as much as her face. Gohar, don't listen to the critics.
I'm betting she probably has a flamenco guitar. I'm not anywhere near a professional player, and I have two guitars, one being a flamenco guitar.

En el flamenco hay influencia de América en palos (estilos) como las colombianas, rumbas, guajiras, vidalita etc....

Hello from Valencia, Spain, most of the local internationally renowned luthiers (and players) would say Knobloch strings, followed by Savarez, are the best strings for Spanish guitar, whether classical or Flamenco.

I tend to be very critical, but must say... coudn't find anything to blame on this! Just excelence everywhere, makes me think of Pepe Romero's form of commitment to flamenco playing, or eve Grisha's. Please do add some more flamenco pieces to your repertoire miss Vardanyan, for music's sake!
