The new foldable are yet to be unveiled; they are expected to debut next month at Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Unpacked presentation. (That event hasn't been confirmed yet, but reports say it could happen as soon as July 10.) And when they do, well-known leaker Steve Hemmers offer believes the Fold and Flip will both be more expensive than their predecessors. Hemmers offer predicts a $100 increase across the board, affecting every configuration of the new foldable devices.
However, this is merely a rumor at this point, and it is the only sign that Samsung's foldables are becoming more expensive. When we eventually see the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, Samsung may say that the $1,799 and $999 beginning prices will remain unchanged.
And I pray that is the case. Because charging extra for either the Fold or the Flip would be bad news for potential customers and much worse for Samsung itself.

Price isn't a problem just give us what we want.
The other folds which r 1000 times better than samsung r being blocked 🚫 by samsung and apple. Otherwise they would have lost the market a long time ago.
Samsung really seems to have missed the mark here. Minimal improvement on the too-narrow form factor, minimal improvement on the thickness, and still a noticeable crease, minimal camera improvement AND a price increase. LoL that's very Apple-like behavior. I still don't see any reason to trade up from my S23 Ultra at this point. Looks like my wait for the Z Fold 7 just started. Give me an Large, thinner Z Fold with an S Pen & Flagship level cameras. If any of the other foldable makers adds an active stylus, Sammy is screwed.
If they raise the price they better raise the specs.. otherwise goodbye Samsung and we welcome the one plus fold which blows the doors off all fold phones and are much cheaper. Bigger cameras better battery the list goes on.

Is speculation and not a fact…not a truth - we the peoples..- listening to these RUclips misleading reports on upcoming events…..still misled….. sounds like the same story u guys told us about the built in stylus and the z fold… ( “ it might “ -) “ it might have a built in stylus..”.. now we are waiting on galaxy z fold 6 edition and Yet still No Camera video watches on Apple digital watches and Samsung smart watches…. All concept … no real truth… then to add onto everything- the price is so expensive ,- that even a high school kid could buy a used car for the Same amount … So , Samsung is obviously not getting Influenced by the Influencers for all the Samsung Promotions Samsung is getting. … and proof is Z Fold 6… Samsung 100% Absolutely not Influenced by the Influencers.. ?
