Test: Pro mini 5v 328p Flight Controller | 1000kv + ESC 30A

  • Here, I tested flight controller with Arduino Pro mini 5v / 328p for Motors 1000kv and ESC 30A.
    1. I use 12v to 5v step down converter to supply power to Arduino pro mini through VCC pin of Arduino board.
    2. Firmware: multiwii 2.4
    3. Frame: flywood 45cm (diagonal)
    4. Lipo Battery: 3s 2200mAh 25C 11.1v
    I can see that the flight controller is not responsive enough. That's why many experts recommend to use Arduino UNO board or Mega2560 board as flight controller (STM32 or ESP32 is better).

    **Conclusion**: Arduino UNO is better for F350 or F450 diy quadcopter. STM32 and ESP32 are the best choice.
