  • Here I created a 'spooky' colour combo Halloween manicure with a combination of matte and glossy finishes for added contrast.
The main polish I applied here being
OPI 'I'm Not Really A Waitress'
This is a beautifully classic colour! The metallic finish to this polish gives it that little bit of glamour in a lovely berry/cherry red tone.
Applies really well, heavily pigmented and covers perfectly in two coats. Not too staining on the skin so fairly simple to clean up. Topped with a high gloss topcoat.
Then on the accent nails on the middle and ring fingers I started with a base of black
    Essie 'Licorice'
This is a rich leathery black. Applies thickly and is surprisingly easy to clean up. I topped this with
OPI Matte Topcoat applying two coats to achieve a streak free finish. I then added stamping in silver using
Nicole Diary L-12 Halloween Stamping Plate
Overall I think this creates a great Halloween manicure with a mix of the spooky night scene and the glossy blood red nails!
