I really enjoyed the tour. The Royal Princess is the only cruise I’ve been on and it was magnificent. We went to England, Ireland, Scotland and France. Thanks for helping me relive it!
I will see if they still have that itinerary when cruising resumes. I want to cruise those countries and with Princess so hopefully they can bring it back when cruising starts up again.
Had me tearing up at the International Cafe - I LOVE the piazza on the Royal - so many great activities & shows (all of a sudden a show starts & they even included someone carrying a pizza box from Alfredo’s in the show) - and then the waterbeds only the thermal spa - tried to get them to put one on my cabin - nope! I really enjoyed the Royal & the Regal!! Thanks Sheri ❤️‼️
Hi Sheri. Love the Royal Princess. Been on her twice out of Port Everglades. Favorites for us were the included International Cafe and Alfredo's (yum)! As for the specialty dining, Sabatini's and the Crown Grill were great. Horizon Terrace is a super place and the entire buffet is fantastic (loved the guacamole in the taco/fajita area). The retreat pool and bar were a great uncrowded hangout on those port days we decided to stay on the ship. Thanks for the reminiscent video of two great cruises on this magnificent vessel! 👍👍👍
I enjoyed this video. It brought back pleasant memories of our Caribbean New Years cruise a few years ago on the sister ship, Regal Princess. The Regal added a stern pool not found on the Royal. Like you, I loved the Piazza. There was a great New Years part there that then continued on the upper deck. I do miss the complete promenade deck on this class of ship, though.
We were on the Royal last December and absolutely loved our time. I had every breakfast at the International Cafe. They had delicious breakfast sandwiches besides pastries. One morning they had the largest monkey bread I’d ever seen with a delicious sauce. We also had delicious food and pizza at Alfredos. The veal ravioli there was so good. The live music in the atrium was fantastic! We had an amazing time on this trip and hope we can go back soon!

That was a super thorough ship tour! Amazed how you were able to film so much without there being other passengers in the shots. We’ve been on her sister ship Regal Princess twice - once for a Scandinavian cruise and then for a Caribbean cruise the following spring. We absolutely loved Regal. International cafe was a favorite of ours too. This video really makes me want to get back on a ship so badly!!

Just booked a 2021 Christmas cruise on Royal Princess. Cannot wait! Hope it actually goes ahead. Guess only time will tell.
I sailed on the Regal Princess last Nov and I went to the international cafe nightly for their Waldorf Chicken Salad it was amazing.
