The International Cafe is a plus over HAL. There's really no food available after 11 PM. We do late dining to avoid late night junk cravings, but for early diners, some have to squirrel snacks away in their fridge for later. Classic CTTV right here!

I would say it's high up there, alongside Diamond Princess. Right now, the ship is in South America, then coming back to the West Coast for a hawaii voyage, and Alaska season then back to South America, and later, the Caribbean. She has quite a life ahead of her!
