  • I drilled holes in my tanked and fixed it with a SteelStik. The product says it works on gas tanks, so I gave it a try. It worked well for me, and is still holding up!
Did you guys use this stuff? How well did it work for you! Comment below, it can help others, and I am curious!

When I was young and really dumb (I'm now old and fairly dumb) I was installing an amplifier under my car seat and I drilled a hole in the fuel line. Literally the entire fuel tank worth of fuel squirted up into the interior of my car. Anyway this stuff would have been handy to fix it probably. Pretty sure it was your fault too btw.

Informative. I broke my oil filter housing on my Mercedes and a piece cracked off of the aluminum housing. I have been using regular JB Weld which has been holding the crack fine but there is this consistent hole that’s the size of a pin needle that oil keep spraying out of. The JB Weld seems to keep dripping so it never really plugs that hole so I’m really hoping this does the job so I can drive my car

Interesting...I have some holes in the aluminum hood of Dodge Charger Police I recently purchased...My plan was to patch the holes and put a big stripe decal down middle of the hood/roof/trunk to cover the holes from police lights ...then I don't have to paint it. However not so easy to repair aluminum I've been told....right now there filled silicone, which works fine...but cant smooth it out good enough to put a decal on it nicely. I may give this a shot. Any have experience doing such a thing?
