Kazakh lifters seem to mostly favor back/front squats and SN/C&J with almost no variations. You can see them sometimes do some pulls/rld but i dont think they perform heavy deadlifts like the chinese national team. As a side note, they also seem have a different strenght coefficient mostly based upon Front Squats (C&J=130% of SN / FS=150% of SN)... Excellent video as always and thank you for your technique reviews!
Objectively, it is. There are a lot of athletic people who join olympic weightlifting who don't have good enough mobility/flexibility, and so to see someone like Antropov should give them hope to continue to fix and grow in technique. Usually we see such people rely on powering everything as high as they can, where they can see Antropov utilizes his strength with timing to get the most out his power.
From what I’ve seen he has jerked 240kg and attempted a 250kg jerk from the rack. He hasn’t posted any clean and jerk training attempts that I’ve seen over 220-225kg, and his max squat I’ve seen was around 225-230 i think
@@gsincraianhe is the highest man we have seem to attempt 250kg jerk from rack, he did 240kg jerk, we have never seen his max back or front squat and he also has never shown his max clean and jerk either.

Hey your looking good are you fasting or what? Something is for sure different. You got that glow women get when they have babies. Men usually get that from fasting, other stuff too but that’s the main one I know.
