💥💥💥If you came back from the store with a pocket full of pennies. It would not be uncommon to find more than a few 50 year old pennies and many 20 year old pennies. The ones you are finding confirm the history of the site from a Victory garden in WWII until the the state took the area in the 50's. Well done young man!
@@jimmyscoins7839 Hey I am so happy that someone that is your age is excited about these types of hobbies so I want to give you some helpful tips that maybe you already know about. One is the penny rolls that you buy from the bank. Try half dollar rolls instead and the reason why I say this is cause no one really buys the half dollar rolls so you may find a great deal. There are many ways on finding such a huge find with the half dollars in the banks. Another is what you find metal detecting. The way to clean them without damaging the coin further is by using denatured alcohol or rubbing alcohol in a sonic jewelry cleaner. You can find the jewelry cleaner in Walmart in the jewelry cleaner department. What it does is that it takes the liquid along with the coin and vibrates the liquid to remove the dirt off of the coin without damaging the coin. Using another cleaner could be abrasive and brings the coin into a damage that would not be appealing to others. If you have any questions about anything I will be around to help you on this. Keep it up Jimmy and have fun with this and look forward in seeing more of you films.
For the dirty and rusty clad coins that you no longer want to keep, you can actually return those to the Federal Reserve to redeem their face value, if your bank doesn't want to redeem them.
I wasn’t expecting a peace dollar
