Superb video again Alexander!! Great finds, I've never seen a Viking brooch found before, so thanks for sharing. Hope to see another video up soon. Have a great Christmas 👍
Hi Alexander. You live in a fantastic part of the country for finding good Roman stuff. I live in Ellesmere Port Cheshire and have been detecting now for around 2 years with a Deus 1, and in those 2 years have only ever found one silver hammered coin and no Roman or Saxon at all. Plenty of Georgian and Lizzy coins but not much else. I would love the chance to come to your part of the country one day and have a go detecting with you. Take care and good luck with the Chanel. Regards Bri

You know me fella I'll probably comment more than once because if I try to wait I'll forget what I wanted to say, anyway in regards to the first find what a stunning coin you do get some lovely finds and although moles are a pest they seem to have the benefit of pushing coins up over time I think that's why you get finds on fields you've done before.

Hi Gordon and thanks for the comment - I do try and reply to everyone! Have you dug any signals that are more iron than anything yet once unearthed turned out to be iron and something else?? I have had signals really strong iron but cuz they weren't too deep I dug a few and most turned out to be broken pieces of farming equipment but under one big slab of what my dad said is boiler plate I found a musket ball, ok not amazing but I could see that although the signal was in the iron numbers their was something else in there when a put the detector at a certain spot and I think it may have been the way the iron was diagonal I the ground and the ball was at the upper most point of the iron to it was still picking it up. Anyway have you had similar targets? I remember you did an episode to show some signals although don't sound good can turn out OK finds infact I think you did find a musket ball or some lead. As soon as I posted this comment and continue watching your now talking about the exact same thing lol esp remote viewing 😅
