It's unfortunate that apparently most of the graphics team at Software Creations just disappeared after the company was closed, though amusingly enough there's one animator from this game who went on to work for Rockstar on GTA V and Red Dead Redemption II.
I love that the health is now represented by Diapers. So fitting for a Rugrats game. It's surprising that it took them this many games to finally implement a Diaper Health System.

I'm looking forward to your upcoming Rugrats Royal Ransom review in a few weeks, especially ever since I warned you about the game's difficulty in one of the Powerpuff Girls game reviews. Actually, aside from the difficulty, it's basically if Rugrats met Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex.
While I personally didn't mind Time Traveler's and In Paris, they look like genuine crap compared to this game. There are so many quality of life improvements to the gameplay that it's not even funny. It's a genuinely fun time and I can easily call it one of my favourite GBA games, and one of my favourite Rugrats games in general.

This is a really nice game. My problems with the game is the Angelica boss battles, they feel a little tedious, and the controls can be a bit clunky.
