As winter in the UK progresses, it's such a lovely idea to book yourself a massage ready to relax and support your body's immune system. It's something I must do, get myself booked in somewhere. Anyone out there can recommend a place in Worcestershire/Gloucestershire?

I have high inflammation markers that the drs are trying to still figure out why for a long time now, I have fibromyalgia as well with some disc bulging and a couple herniated in lower back and neck. I was wondering what oils you would suggest for inflammation and pain. I get tons of pain in my shoulders and traps as well as SI area
Gosh, bless you. I’d suggest seeing a holistic practitioner. Otherwise how about Roman chamomile, frankincense and lavender. A lovely cooling and anti inflammatory mix 💧
I’ve treated people with those exact symptoms but can’t recall whether it’s been diagnosed by a practitioner. Essentially it’s pain from coughing etc to the sternum/rib meeting area. It should be acute not chronic, so should dissipate within a couple of weeks after the bought of coughing or whatever caused it. Massaged gently with healing oils, this should go 🤞
