@@O.K.Pemby10 great question. I make sure I have a couple of different therapies a month, from different therapists. So atm I’m having a regular reflexology with a new lady I’ve found locally, then my usual monthly treatment with Jodi. This month it was a full body massage 💆🏼♀️ But as concerns the transfer of energy, I feel so energised and vibrant after working that I really believe it’s treating me at the same time. The only time I’m tired is the rare time I’ve done an ultra long day. Thanks for your question 🙋♀️

I’m over here like she definitely knows what she’s doing when she can name all these crazy body parts while massaging them and making it look so heavenly while doing so!! I love videos like this, so incredibly relaxing thank you!!
