i have a small doubt... at 7:19 you explained that Na2Cl2 can be written as 2NaCl... but 2NaCl means 2 molecules of NaCl where as Na2Cl2 means two atoms of Na have bonded with 2 atoms of Cl... am i wrong??.. would be very helpful if you clarify this doubt.. thankyou😊

Please do correction. In zeolite process hardness causing impurities are not converted into insoluble form. Hardness causing calcium and magnesium salts are converted into soluble sodium salts.

But how does that make sense?
How would it get filtered out, if they would be converted into soluble form? In fact what the need to convert, 'cause the impurities are already in a soluble form

@@gargimohanty955 if water contains soluble impurities of calcium and magnesium then it is hard water and it is not suitable for boiler but if water contains sodium salts water is saline but not hard. For boiler water should be free from hardness causing calcium and magnesium salts.
