That guy violated so many rules and techniques; it was sickening. Throws switches before car even clears. Cuts off in the curve of the switch. That puts the drawbars off to the side. Running with the cut lever, big no no. When slack comes in, pull lever up. It will stay there. I switched for years, made a few mistakes and learned my lesson quick.
