It's so cool because it't not just a normal queue you can specify what you need like 3dd and 1tank for dungeons or only 1tank for normal trial.

for the first time in a long time i'm HYPED!
FINALLY! i can find pvp group out of zone & out of guild on console without going to the xbox club.
What is endless archive?
Endless dungeon. Drops class specific gear I think
