Seems good so far I went through the all the steps it worked on my phone. Once I got in I made sure to DELETE the two files I downloaded.

Kadene Bennett - I downloaded portable Google chrome on my pendrive, and connected it to my phone.
You need the search key to get to any search engine.
Even you can try getting it on a pendrive and connecting it to your phone.
I had same problem with no "text shortcuts" fix it like this (if this can help other people):
After you hit on Keyboard settings, choose "predictive text" and the last option is "add shortcuts"... hope it helps!

Thank you very much! Recently I bought a second hand grand prime and the last owner didn't remove the password. When I told him I needed him to unlock it since he forgot, he told me I'd have to wait till he came back from his vacations (should have checked he had removed the lock before I walked away that day). I had been stuck with this phone for 2 weeks so I decided to hard reset it and then I had that annoying notification that wouldn't let me use the phone and I really needed it now.

use talk back. Push two fingers on screen, then access talkback menu, and from there you can access web browser

You can use the upper menu (which is "Keyboard size") then you just type in some text and do the same (press and hold on text)

I just did this on my old S5 Neo and it worked fine. Only thing I'm slightly worried about is whether or not those .APK files are clean or not.
