I believe they talk more to Katie and Chris bc they follow law enforcement lead. I’m just speculating this. In my opinion, when your desperate to find your child, you will do anything and that is what Seth is doing and there’s nothing wrong with that. He’s keeping Sebastian’s name from being forgotten.
I actually think they are talking to the KP & CP because they are trying to catch them in lies & build their case. They probably aren’t sharing with Seth because they don’t want him to take justice/matters into his own hands.

There has to be evidence of foul play for local law enforcement to ask FBI to get involved. In cases where they were asked right away it’s because LE had solid evidence of foul play.

I lost my precious son in ‘21 from an aneurysm. Although CJ was 32; this young man reminds me of him…CJ also had the same color hair & glasses when he was 15. CJ was also ADHD & on the spectrum; but in his short life, he overcame so many obstacles, traveled the world, and dedicated his life to helping the neediest and bringing different cultures together.
Unfortunately, it appears Sebastian might not have a chance to achieve his dreams. The fact it’s been 50 days, still no criminal investigation or TBI involvement? Unfortunately, I also know what it’s like when family members have connections…BUT, TODAY we have the power of social media. Let’s use it and find this young man!

My son who is now 27 years old is high functioning autistic. If he went missing at ANY age I would not be able to sleep. I'd be doing everything I can to find my kid.

Often, LE has to gather enough evidence to bring a charge upon someone in a case such as this. If there was foul play, LE can't risk not having enough evidence to charge someone for a felony, or murder, so they hold back on information until they get enough evidence for an arrest, and a conviction. If there isn't enough evidence, and they try to charge someone with a criminal charge, it'll never make it to court. The guilty will end up going free because of the lack of evidence. There is a legal process they have to through and they aren't going to tell all to the public.
TBI website says FBI is involved but they need to take over , and their are a lot of young kids missing all over the US and they ALL deserve to be brought home , safe ..

Someone at TBI/Local PD is 100% keeping me from talking to Seth. I have offered my k9 services to both of them. I have 4 nationally certified k9s who can assist.
But I keep being called an outside source…. Like WTF! Wouldn’t they WANT all resources and assets?? I have two other handlers who also have nationally certified K9s who want to help.
We trust our dogs. I feel as though some of these organizations can’t control us or our k9s so they’re against it…. And that hurts me to say!! I’m a military police officer and my two comrades are either retired/soon to be retired LE!!

The FBI has to be invited by the local police unless it's a federal crime. They can't just come in & take over. The petition needs to go to the local police to reach out.

Absolutely!!! I was born in Sumner county things like this rarely happens there. I have been using the petition to try to help get Seth daily information if they do take this case. I am also talking with my friends inside Sumner county sheriffs office to see what i can find out.
