The words "criminal investigation" is not a mistake. We've all known it from the beginning, that boy did not walk away from that home.
I live in the middle of US and in my State, if a child is missing and they have risk factors, (such as autism and history of sa, pa), investigative efforts will become rapid, intense and not yielding.
This is Tennessee! Corrupt politicians that Tennesseans elect time after time after time. Politicians like Marsha Blackburn who could care less about compromised children there in her state! The police actions in this case and Riley Strain and baby girl Wells - all in Tennessee! Lazy cops and 1/2 assed investigations. CP's ex, Nora spoke about corruption in the police force and how they protected Chris' family stealing her baby from her.

I'm a Paralegal. From exp, that letter would be accurate. The word criminal is not by accident. What I think is happening is the prosecution doesn't want any leaks, denied access to a FOIA Act request with THAT letter.

Definitely, if you get time research the Holly Bobo case. The most expensive case in Tennessee history. They found nothing. The citizens and a jail informant solved the case.

Hell just look at the Summer Wells case. TBI ain't never did a damn thing about that poor babys disappearance & to be honest that's exactly what I'm afraid of for poor Sebastion too. In my opinion, either Tennessee just doesn't know what the hell they doing or they just not on the up & up & I Don like that at all. Man, who knows what the problem is. All I know is it always seems like the kids that go missing in Tennessee stay missing & the cases just go cold. It's so sad.

Just responding to the question about the clothes Sebastian wore on Sunday. I believe KP answered that when she said nothing was missing other than the clothes he was wearing to bed. Black shirt/black sweatpants. Keychain flashlight and his glasses. No shoes taken. She would have said that those clothes if they were missing. 🙏

proudfoots shouldnt have to press charges. demanding money fraudulently or by impersonating a kidnapper who has taken a missing child is chargeable by the state, since it is a criminal offence. it IS the police responsibility to find and prosecute this person, not the families. and i hope it happens so that others can know u cannot do this.
I am from Hendersonville and live about 30 min from there now. Nothing makes sense with this case. I don’t trust any of the parents. I am beginning to think this whole case is fake. This whole time Seth makes numerous interviews and calls to multiple channels and talks against the mom and step dad and has called them out several times. Now he is telling everyone that he supports them and blames others for things he has said. All of this is just crazy.
I pray to God you are right and it is fake. As long as beautiful, sweet, precious Sebastian is unharmed and safe, I am fine with it being faked. I cry every time I see his pure, innocent smile and think of anyone mistreating him 😢😢💚💚

Maybe Seth is realizing he was wrong to go on RUclips as often as he did. I advised early on for him not to trust any RUclipsrs. Sorry, not sorry. All of these people should just cover the case, report on it, and that is it. Do not get involved with the families. If I had a True Crime channel, I would tell the family if they reached out to me, please do not engage with anyone on social media.

Why did the police not check the house and neighborhood that same day??? WTH! A child can only leave a home walking, running or being carried by an adult! I think after 24 hours of a missing child case that basic forensics should be completed. Fingerprinting, checking for blood, checking for dna on that mattress in the garage. Best case they find nothing and it’s still a missing child case.. worst case boooom it’s now a criminal case.
I had a dream. Is there a basement in the Proudfoot house? How likely is it there could be a hidden room under the lowest floor of their house?
But regardless if the Proudfoot's produced the clothes. Sebastian's DNA would have to be in the fabric.
Even if it was washed the fabric would show wear.

They always talk about the trash dump, but they do not dump construction trash in same place. N also CP uncles owns big construction company, that build homes in area. Another case has the murder victim buried in basement. Was there a month and the only reason they found it was cuz they almost murdered another guy but he got away and told cops. When they went to investigate they found the body which had been buried the previous month. So many crazy people out there :(

I'm with you things aren't adding up .We need to get the 'Jump out Boys " ( The men in black suits, black vehicles with tinted windows and black sun glasses on the case You know the ones that pull up Jump out and do their job ), My husband worked as an Internet provider Nothing is Hid . Two people were on the internet at the same time when a boy got missing and they had to turn over both names and info. My husband was very sorry he may have got the lady in trouble. I think LE knows more than they are tell. Evidence has to stick. I agree with Renae. He left in that car if he made it home. Kids don't fly.

If the P's could not produce the clothes SR was wearing at Tx Roadhouse, no way TBI would divulge that info! Seth could just ask KP & CP since they are working together now.
They are definitely lawyered up “they should be either way though” and they won’t talk anyway knowing the cops have nothing.
They posted a long statement on their website, it’s still there… part of it reads, “Just as holding parents accountable when their child enters a school & kills students is appropriate, the foundation asserts that holding family members publicly accountable when their child is endangered or harmed in any way, due to their potential negligence or worse is also most appropriate. Now, as the case has gravitated toward a criminal investigation, which we will not comment on; coupled with our now limited resources; our foundation ultimately initially elected to scale down our efforts & ultimately cease them. As alluded to above, some have challenged the foundations purpose here. I addressed that in the aforementioned. Some have stated we are seeking monetary gain from the "Hype," of the circumstance.” There is more on their website.
