You are the best tele coach I have seen. In every key moment you are very detailed on where the racket face, body, arm should be. And you show different viewing angles.
I just discovered your channel. A very good instruction video on forehand stroke. I give grad A :):) Decades of hitting with chicken wing and arm only ( not utilizing hip first ) cause my stroke lack of power . Finally I realized it. Can you do a video on Loading and unloading ? If not can you answer any exercises that I can do to improve my hip rotation when I hit. I just subscribed to the channel Thanks :):).
Sure! well it’s different for sure. For example for the pickleball forehand I adjust my grip to more of an eastern grip. Because there’s not that much spin to generate on pickleball, but more of an extension where the body follows. In tennis there’s more racket head speed.
The left and right arm - the Ying and Yang of the Forehand! The male and female ! The soft and hard ! The power (right arm) and the grace (left arm) ! They work together. The right tells the left what it wants to accomplish ; and the left assists the right in making it happen !
Her "okays" don't bother me, though I get what you're saying. This video is NOT an example of what I'm about to say, but like many RUclips coaches in anything (tech, sports, etc.), sometimes she spends a little too much time telling us what she's going to tell us instead of just jumping into telling us right away. Again, in this video she did a pretty good job of avoiding that trap. All in all, I've seen a boatload of RUclips tennis coaches and she is one of the best RUclips tennis coaches at giving really useful lessons that are easy to watch and then go out and use to improve your game right away. Thanks, Gaby 🙂! Others are StokkeTennis, Filipe Teixeira, Tennis Tactics, and Top Tennis Training. Watch Gaby Paz and these I just mentioned and you can forget almost all of the rest.
I care more about her perfect and consistent execution of strokes which is what many RUclipsrs struggle with, and may be using a good mic, instead of perfect lingual presentation.
One of the clearest videos on the left hand I have ever seen
Thanks!! Glad I could help!

Thank you!! 👍🏻👍🏻🤗
I like how clearly you break down the fundamentals of the nondominant arm. You are a very good coach. Thank you.
Thank you! 💕
#1 is a big problem for me - cant wait to try this!
Excellent tip at 5:20 about timing of when the nondominant moves away
Excellent tip, and similar to the Djokovic wave at the crowd left hand up tip. Using a prop does the trick as you say.
You so smart you have touch all my problems in tennis thank you
Good video.
Excellent video… will try with the cone
This is genius! I also bring my hand down midway follow through so this is really gonna help.
Great!!
your videos are very well explained Thank you
Excellent video..
Thank you!!!!!!!!😅
Awsome. Thanks
That’s been my biggest issue it’s hard to change. Will try the exercise. What strings do you use to compete?
I like toroline strings! Super toro or wasabi x model! Check the description if you wanna try them. With that link you can get 20%Off

@@gabypaztennis Can't wait. Thanks.
i believe its the cordination chain, if the leg drive through the hips are not in sink then we a problem
Hey Gaby, can you talk a little about how tennis forehand differs from pickleball forehand?
Sure! well it’s different for sure. For example for the pickleball forehand I adjust my grip to more of an eastern grip. Because there’s not that much spin to generate on pickleball, but more of an extension where the body follows. In tennis there’s more racket head speed.
@ Thanks, Gaby! (I didn’t think you’d answer since pickleball is a dirty word in tennis and paddle tennis circles.)

How do you keep from overrotating? What is overrotation?
Will address that in a coming soon video
"Showing the belly," es perfecto.
👍👍👍
Good video. Friendly feedback: like many, many RUclipsrs, you'll improve your presentations if you train yourself to stop saying "okay."

@@ReidVV Agree, she's good! Thx for the other recs, as I wasn't familiar with all of them.

You must be fun at parties.
Don't forget about us lefties, for me its the right hand not the left.
You’re right!! Sorry! 💕
It is exactly the same but with your left hand
