I recently bought this bag and I have been using it for a couple of days now. I would say you really need to adjust it to what is comfortable for you. Such as holster angle and how high you want it to sit on your body. Overall, it is great quality, but to be very honest, the holster that it comes with is not what I was expecting. (It gets the job done although the gun is friction fit with the kydex instead of clicking into place.) at least that is my take on it. Lastly, it is definitely one of the best and most comfortable bags I have ever used to carry my firearm safely and comfortably.
I got one recently as well. I already had another bag that I didn’t like and it didn’t come with a holster. I forget which one I got but it was from a holster company that makes OWB and IWB holster but also had the option to get whatever holster you wanted with a flat Velcro backing. It’s their holster that is bolted to a flat panel that is covered in Velcro. They also had WAAAAAAY more options in guns/lights/sights they could make holsters in. I just tossed the holster that came with the bag and use the 3rd party holster, works great. Love the bag and use it all the time because I’m a pretty skinny guy and its hard for me to effectively conceal with a IWB holster
Do some more reviews on the holster that comes in the bag. Try attaching a Ulticlip to it, for those who want to use it IWB, when necessary. It would be nice to vet a review on the quality of the holster itself
I have this one and the best thing about it is how easy the pull tab opens it up. I’ve had other ones and they snag and the zippers aren’t smooth. This bag is almost perfect. Also the Holster set up with the belt on. Mac is amazing.
Id like to see a review of the holster itself,.. and see how practical and comfortable it can be in a IWB position etc. Do u know any video i could watch on that? Or can you make a video and show me pls?
@@spearfishingpastor from what I understand it can be converted to be an in the waistband holster, but the thing I like about it is, it has a rectangular piece of Velcro on the back that sticks to the Velcro inside the bag. You would have to remove the Velcro and put a clip, but the way it comes with the bag is set to be stuck to the Velcro.
Me and my friend did some training drills with this. As if someone is coming from behind to grab the bag, have to say, if you do not train for it or have good reflexes than your most likely already in a bad situation because they basically have control over you and can yank it the bag to the point it rips off or your on the ground. Have to say we both agree to still Carry a backup gun just for this scenario. Like the idea but train with it please so you're prepared for situations like this.
Someone can come from behind and grab your weapon from your appendix. That’s where situational awareness comes in. Why are you allowing someone behind you.
if thats really youre only worry, the bag comes with two straps. the one hes showing in the video and one that goes around your back. but yes, if your concern has to do with your own situational awareness then perhaps you shouldnt be carrying
No one is prepared for any situation even if you have a weapon to defend yourself, it's all about training. Like what I was saying with the bag was the minute someone grabs the straps on the bag, you're basically a big trash bag that can be thrown around especially if you are a small person. Train on anything new you get yourself that you are going to carry with you. that's all I'm saying, just train.
2 questions. Is that the larger version? And secondly, wouldn’t possible to unscrew the Velcro from the holster and add it to a holster for another firearm I have?
Quick question brother: being a right handed shooter, are you able to sling the bag on either side of the body and still draw your firearm? I wear shoulder bags a lot, but I’m only comfortable wearing it sling around my left shoulder only. I would love to purchase one of these bags, but worried about if it wouldn’t be ideal to not have it slung on my right side. Thank you for any feedback.
Yes, it’s swappable. The pull tab is on left and right side, but you just leave one out and put the other inside depending on what hand you’re gonna use to pull
Is this bag practical to use while jogging/running? Anybody try this? Any issues? Hopefully it's not bouncing around too much due to weight of a loaded handgun?

This is ideal for going on hikes
To be honest, I can tell this guy was a cop. In my school, there was a deputy that had a humor like Johnny :D
Honestly I been carrying for years. I want to give my groin area a break. This seems practical. Don’t see a downside.

@@mike34744 okay
I purchased a Eberlestock Bando Bag. Maybe not as quick to draw, but it does the job for me.
Nice review. Thanks.
You need to wear a white shirt.
Love your videos! No more black shirts. Can’t even see how the bag fits on you.
How is the retention on the actual kydex holster? Is it adjustable? Is there a positive click when you holster it?
the retention is probably one of the tightest ive had in any holster. i've adjusted it and have no thoughts of the gun falling out of it
@@iamTkzs Thanks so much!

Bs no matter where you carrying always be aware someone can take your gun one way or another

Just be aware of your surroundings NEVER let anybody come behind you

Can you use a different holster or it only secures the one that it comes with?
I’d love to hear your thoughts on there secondary pouch.
Is that the large bag or the small one?
Strap looks like it cuts into your neck, have you made any adjustments to fix that? I just know it would irritate me.
I was looking forward to hearing you say “Good Question” on this vid just like on your other shorts. Great review though.
Great bag !!
Do they offer the orange holster, if not lol where’d you get it?
Any experience with the eberlestock bands bag. Any comparisons?
Evie Knolls
What size bag did you get
Your draw on your other video was better. Definitely your sizing on your left shoulder is the way to do it
Definitely going to got buy some
Is it machine washable?
Imo, appendix carry is the epitome of “flagging” yourself…😬.
