@SalimAbdallah-ek7jq Everything you said is correct until you mention 'race'. Race has nothing to do with it. Violence can be learned no matter the color of ones skin and/or race. If this is what a CHILD witnesses in their early years, there is the possibility of them repeating this same behavior. A good bit of times it doesn't end like this, but they may abuse a spouse and/or child when they adults. Also, did they mention race for this family? 🤔

Most likely adults relied on the 6 year old to watch the 2 year old. Kid got frustrated and….well hurt the baby.

My question is what was the Mom and Grandmother doing when this sux year old was stabbing his brother??? Why didn't the Mom or Grandmother intervene??
The reporter said the police were called to the home and responded to domestic related incidents three or four times. I wonder if the domestic incident was between the mother and her boyfriend and this is the violence the six year old witnessed.

Lack of care and lack of supervision. Police were called a few times the last few years because of domestic violence. That little boy only reenacted something he saw 😢
The 6 year old learned about stabbing with a knife from an adult. We learn from our parents and guardians.

No one will be arrested or go to prison. Relatives will blame social media or tik tok and sue them for not doing a better job raising their kids!
His behavior is not necessarily the fault of his parents; psychopaths are adept at wearing masks; he's was methodical in securing/hiding the knife. Tragic!

This is truly tragic ! Don’t blame the parents when you haven’t an ounce of information ! This tragedy could include a severe mental health diagnosis and yes , six year olds do have them ! It’s never an easy thing to diagnose either ! Pray that this entire family gets the help they need 🙏🏼

A 14 year old stabbed her 11 year old cousin to death over an I phone @ a month ago.
They were at grandmother's house for the summer and in their bedroom fir the evening.
DCFS needs to be shut down permanently.

Multiple DV calls to the home...that child was exposed to violence. Some adults have a lot of explaining to do.

@@bnwo I don't know if a 6 year old is capable to fully understand right from wrong. Also there is the possibility this kid suffer from mental health issues. Aggression can develop in mental issues or also by being exposed to see it. Perhaps videos, Aggression within the family or even video games. Lots of factors can be involved. Devastation for the entire family. 😢😢

@@karenmclamb1768I'm not sure, I think the six year old might lie to protect someone else or he might have been coached ahead of time. Sometimes kids lie about being abused and cover it up because they don't want their parent to go to prison or they don't want anyone to blame them for being the one who told and got that person in trouble, so it wouldn't surprise me if this kid initially didn't contest that he was the one who did it.

What do we, as a society, do with this 6 year old murderer? Can’t do the obvious thing. So then what? The reporter mentioned reunification. Why? What kind of family would take that little monster back? He’s 6 and already killing, there’s no fixing that.

Was the mother or grandmother in the same room with the 2 year old when this happened? If not then it’s neglect because an adult should always be watching the 2 year old in particular. A 6 year year old may be aloud to play for a little while in a room near where parent is. If adults weren’t watching the children closely then adults are to blame.
That child was angry he must have been jealous when he was born..
This is a tough situation, but we cannot judge the mother or grandmother because NONE OF US WAS THERE. No one knows if both women work or what was going on at the moment. It’s easy for all of us to pass judgement without knowing the whole truth. This family needs prayers and compassion for all of us. Our country LACKS COMPASSION and it’s disturbing to see how easily we tear each other down.

No no no!!! A 6 year old is practically a baby too. Praying for miracles over that child. I gave birth to 3 children. My middle child who was about that age tried to stab his older brother while he was in the shower. I took him strait to the police station. Kids sometimes do stupid things, and sometimes there are fatal consequences. But a 6 year old needs correction and loving guidance- NOT prosecution.

This is the third time recently I heard of killings by minors.

I’m glad to hear someone say this. All of the trauma i experienced growing up was at the hands of other kids. I’m old enough now to know they were probably going through trauma of their own but it doesn’t minimize the damage they cause as well

If the police and DCFS were aware of issues involving those children...then THEY need to be investigated and held responsible. Psychopathy absolutely exists in young children...batsh!t crazy psychos don't just suddenly pop up from no where. I had a co-worker whose 8-year old constantly tormented younger children in their neighborhood, he killed the neighbor's dogs, then in a separate incident set the family home on fire while they were sleeping. Another neighbor saw the fire and raised the alarm...also saw the boy sitting on the curb across the street watching his house burn. The boy was sent from his state, to a youth psychiatric hospital in Texas...the only facility at the time, equipped to care for homicidal sociopaths/psychopaths. The family didn't want to hospitalize the boy, but they had other children to protect.
