Hey played one of the kids on That's So Raven, one of the kids on The Proud Family, and played the kid on Major Payne. As a child he was SA'ed by Will Smith, Diddy, and Michael Jackson r***d him, allegedly. He later recanted the Diddy accusation but it's clear that some very terrible things were done to him as a small child, as typically when a young child is SA'ed, their brain gets stuck at that age when discussing their SA even years later.
