If I wanted to make the top bigger, how would I do so? Would I have to add more chains in the beginning? Thanks for uploading also!!! Greatly appreciate the tutorials!!
you just do another double crochet (or however many she says) in the first stitch, which is connected to the 2 chains, if that makes any sense. and then 2 or 3 double crochets in the last stitch of the row
the tutorial is somewhat unclear. your not showing the critical part which is ending and beginning your row. when u said we should have an odd number do u mean an extra stitch or one less. also are u double crocheting into your chain to or the stitch before. please reply thank you

yeah can't remember if i showed it in this video, but doing one row of single crochets around the whole top at the end makes it all neat :)

doesn't matter how many stitches just an odd number, and into the chain. :)
