In the States we call it Client Protection and Personal Protection Detail . "bodyguard" is old BS and Dead clients don't pay their bills .

Lee claims here that there is a high probability that we will meet violence in the extreme - that is simply not true.
Only a very few meet violence.
If you live a relative normal life, in a relative normal place you are highly not likely to meet violence.
So the question is how much time will you dedicate to a low-probability scenario?
And the next question is what the few most effective things you can do to make you and your family safe?
Be aware, lock your doors, have a firealarm, etc.
wow...no mace ? No pepper spray ? no knives ?? No sticks ?
