Y’all are literally so gorgeous! About the itchiness down there during your period, this actually happened to me for awhile. I use pads for my period and I was having allergic reactions because of something in the pads. I recently switched brands and now I don’t have any problems.
Thermacare, heat therapy, neck pain therapy!! It's a little patch you can put on your skin and it heats up and it's "supposed to be used for neck pain" but it curves perfectly with your lower belly and helps IMMENSELY with period cramps

sorry to see someone else suffering from emetophibia, i had it bad when i was younger, i thought it was just a weird thing i had, this was before the internet was around, it didnt know it was common, constantly washing my hands, never eating out, not drinking, hot taking medication incase it made me nauseas, at the time i actually thought id rather die than throw up, i actually went 17 years without being sick Then i started suffering from the odd migraine and was throwing up when i had them, i know longer have that phobia

Hello, to people that have bad period cramps. I have really bad cramps to the point where I am out for a day. My and dad and I looked up why they are so bad and what I could be low on. You could be low on Bisglycinate Magnesium. I have been taking it for about 3 months and I could say that it is successful. My period cramps are not as bad as what they use to be. On the UTI situation....if you add a cup of bleach /peroxide to your bath at night it will slow down getting them if not stopping them completely. Just 2 times a week take a bath instead of a shower the 1st night use b or p then the 2nd night use the other 1 that you didn't use the 1st bath. My grandmother had all of us girls do this and I have never had a UTI do this every week and you'll see a difference. Slice of onion in your sock on the bottom of your feet at night does wonders for your body to js.
I suffer from severe anxiety and have panic attacks regularly. I am saw many psychologist's through the years but its not helpful for me. It actually the oppose it. But when I was in grade 10 saw the psycho educator of the school and that was really helpful. I take medication which really helps but its still bad. I been asking the doctors to give me medication for those really bad days. But they don't want too.

I grew up with two wonderful parents who instilled in us how to treat a woman. I use to watch my mom and dad when I was younger. I did start out falling hard to quick and wanting to control when I was young. I had it reversed on me. I knew right then I did not like that and vowed I wouldn't do that in any other relationships. So far I have not. I look at it this way. If you love someone and they love you, then trust them. If they do cheat on you, you just saved yourself from someone who obviously doesn't care. Now, I never cheated and always remained faithful. Girls I did go out with if they went out with friends female or male that they knew for a long time. I tell them have fun. I look at it this way. If you tell a woman have fun and show you trust her and lover her, that goes a long way. A good woman or man (for the woman) are hard to find these days.

not to shame or anything but birth control is not good at all for fertility and the iud that stops ur period permanently will cause future problems and fertility problems meaning there’s a higher chance of not being able to get pregnant u can do further research, etc but this is coming from family experience and factual information i’ve gotten from my specialist
