Most of the entries the last years they bring ALL the arsenal to the concerts before the finals... and people already knew what was coming ,, even if u los ve the song the surprise is none....he is not using the version for Eurovision, because people can get use to the song in a lazy way.... and not even the backing vocals that give a magical touch to this masterpiece... which I wrote it for him.😂😂😂😂😂. Don’t tell anybody please .... ( I wishhh ),,, the best song this year....

I like this version very much. But I hope that in the final he will sing studio's version. It sounds more powerful.
He will; live instruments aren't allowed. Also, he cannot switch from version to version, he'd already informed ebu what version/language he will perform and he (and anyone else) can't take it back

Ik zat dus gister vroeg op school in de aula te werken en de schoonmaakster had dit op de radio. Ik dacht serieus dat dit de videoclip was
Ben benieuwd of Duncan Laurence tijdens het Songfestival word begeleid alleen door pianist of dat je de clip versie krijgt met meer instrumenten of violisten maar persoonlijk vind ik alleen met pianist integer en veel mooier en authentieker e eventueel met violiste erbij. Dit lied moet trouwens iets ingekort worden denk ik aan het begin ivm de 3 minuten maar ik denk dat Nederland kan winnen dit jaar want ik bekeek alle inzendingen en ook LIVE maar veel landen hebben nog geen LIVE optreden online gezet maar Duncan Laurence heeft er al een stuk of 5 online gezet en die zijn allemaal goed en foutloos. Jaja die 12 punten gaan we vaak horen kan niet anders met alle dank aan Cornald Maas en Ilse de Lange mag ook wel gezegd worden !
Peter F de Fris hij gaat de studioversie doen in Tel Aviv. Dat is prima denk ik, want heeft ook meer impact op het grote podium. Hopelijk doet hij bij EIC Amsterdam 6 april ook de studioversie, dan weten we hoe dat live klinkt 😄
Dat zal vast de studioversie worden, al dan niet aangevuld met extra strijkers op de backingtrack. Duncan is en blijft een muzikant en zal wijzigingen doorvoeren als de situatie erom vraagt, al is de deadline verstreken om NU nog iets te veranderen.
@Tim Blanks Ik ook eigenlijk, maar dat betekent wel dat we in Londen en Amsterdam weer een live- pianist te zien krijgen of misschien zelfs Carlotta met de gitaar. Duncan is en blijft een muzikant. En muziek maken is een live gebeurtenis. Ik denk niet dat hij met een band onder de arm de piano-only versie gaat doen. Wel, des te groter is de verrassing in Tel Aviv. Ik verwacht daar een volle versie, maar wel iets afwijkend van de clip.
Clipversie uiteraard. Je mag niet ineens een andere versie kiezen.
De muziek die draait is meestal niet live op de Eurovision alleen de zang. Er zullen dus ook niet ineens meer strijkers zijn.
