Activating Windows 8.1 Over the Phone

More familar compared to my last video yes? Hey guys today I will be going through the activation proces on Windows 8.1, this is where the new metro and more "modern era" starts, as microsoft made a huge change to the activation in Windows 8.1 ever since Windows Vista.

What to do if the option isn't appearing?

Every time I tried this back then it never worked for me. There was never an option to activate by phone, and every time I tried it with other methods it would never work.

Reinstall Windows, but keep offline so you will activate by phone.
