I needed this, sis. I'm 50 years old, and all the younger years of mine have taken a toll on my knees. Had a meniscus repair last year, and I'm still going at it in the gym now more than ever at 50, taking my health seriously, especially now. Better focused now at 50 than I was when I was younger. At 35, I did the same as you. I began taking my eating seriously. But now at 50, something g else in my brain woke up ' and even after still healing from knee surgery, gwirl, I'm hit the gym harder than I ever have before and I feel great. Watching you and the encouragement of my children is what keeps me going. Love you "Ms. Ma'am" as you say 🎉🎉🎉

I'm noticing as I am approaching just 25 that I need to implement healthier habits because these ligaments certainly don't move the same. Plus, my energy levels are very low these days. But having an intentional mindset to do the work, as you put it, progress will take place. Continue being the great inspiration you are! We love it here!

Girl I love this video-you’re so right, age does slow down the metabolism rate -I’m 49 but I don’t look or act like it 🤭 and have been with a very popular workout group since last year-not motivated but this video motivated me 100x more than the group I paid to be in. You made it fun and not a chore! So organized, colorful 🤌🏽 The juicing, meal prep, gym and journaling -yessss! These thighs, boobs and booty are my target zones-this was awesome!

I know I’m late to the comment party, but this was so great to see!! I’ve recently started getting back into the gym to get healthy and feel better, but it’s been a struggle!! I’ve been going two - three times a week so far and although it’s not perfect (trying to stay consistent especially with eating), I seeing you get after it in your videos has been motivating me.

Hey Girlie! I love this. I would like to see a video of juicing recommendations if you have the time and space to share. Like most, this has been something I have had interest in doing but for one reason or another I have not committed to it. I am a wife, and mother of two active little people. I am also a full time nursing student. I just need more hours in my day man LOL. Lately cooking meals consistently has been a task. My husband works from home, and I am home typically during the days with him making breakfast lunch and dinner. Meal prepping was a thing, but school started to taker over Chile... I am lucky if I get a chance to prep dinner at the top of the week and have that to last until about Thursday night! I am already exhausted with the idea of having to incorporate juice preps. I feel like I am starting over in the journey of weightless and developing better eating habits every other month! I felt convicted when you said you can workout everyday but if that kitchen aint together you are just maintaining!! Whewww .. Okay okay .. I heard you lol. Let me get my affairs in order this week (currently eating a frozen pizza at 3AM after doing HW) and I will start next week. Promise LOL. Prepping needs to rejoin my priorities big time. Plan ahead or plan to fail. Message received. Keep up the good work girl! We see you getting that body together!
