One question I was asked during interview. We look at R-Sqr(Adj) in multiple regression because R-Sqr could be misleading as R-Sqr increases when we keep adding variables but in Simple linear regression there in only one predictor variable, why should we still look at R-Sqr(Adj) and not R-Sqr in simple linear regression.
Abhishek r sq adj value is considered as we are always working on sample data not in entire population. So some adjustment is needed, which is done by Minitab and hence we take r sq adj val
Sir, what type of Hypothesis test should be used for more than 2 categories ( Continuous Y, X=5 categories) where data is normal and variances of these 5 categories are unequal. Please suggest, and how.
